Can I purchase Everguest Intelligence online?

Purchasing the software online directly is not currently available, but you can express your intent to purchase by filling out our Get a quote form after selecting the package you are most interested in. Once you approve your quote, our team will then issue an electronic invoice, which can be paid via a simple bank transfer. The invoice will be sent to the email address you provide.

After payment, our Success Team will get in touch with you to coordinate the software setup and support you in your very first steps.

Can I pay by credit card?

Not right now, but you can conveniently pay via bank transfer. Once you've approved your quote, our team will issue an invoice. The invoice will be sent to you electronically at the email address you provided, and payment should be made by bank transfer to the bank account listed on the invoice.

How can I cancel my Everguest Intelligence subscription?

Everguest Intelligence subscriptions are for a fixed term starting from 12 months, so you won't be able to cancel during the contract period. To ensure you choose the subscription package that best fits your establishment, we recommend taking advantage of the personalised software demo.

I previously subscribed to Everguest Intelligence, but I'd like to change my package. What shall I do?

Everguest Intelligence subscriptions are for a fixed term, but you can certainly upgrade to a higher package any time. To do so, please contact us using the chat box within the software, or via sending our request to this email address: sales@everguest.com .

Downgrading to a smaller, less expensive package is only possible once your contract has expired.

I've been using Everguest Intelligence for a long time, so I'm subscribed to the old Everguest Intelligence package. Will the features I can access change?

Subscribers who previously had the old EVI Lite, EVI Pro, or EVI Max packages will be moved to one of the new EVI Lite or EVI 360 packages when their annual subscription expires. Our Sales team will contact all affected subscribers directly to ensure you continue to have access to the features you need.

I don't know which package my subscription is currently for.

If you don't have access to your subscription details, or if you can't identify your package based on the feature list, please send a message to our Customer Success team via the in-app chat. Our colleagues typically respond within a few hours, and always within one working day.

My annual subscription is about to expire, and I'm not sure which new package is ideal for my hotel or which one we'll be moved to. What should I do?

Our Sales team contacts every user before their annual subscription expires to help you subscribe to the new package that is most relevant for you. If you haven't been contacted yet but would like information sooner, please send a message to our Customer Success team via the in-app chat. They will forward your request to our Sales team, who will get in touch within 1-2 days.

I have an older Everguest Intelligence package but would like to switch. What should I do?

If you are a previous EVI Lite or EVI Pro user, you can of course upgrade to the new EVI 360 package. If you wish to downgrade from a higher package, such as the old EVI Max, to EVI Lite, this can be done when your subscription expires.

I found the old EVI Lite, EVI Pro, and EVI Max packages more favourable.
